This project involved simulating disease spread throughout a population and creating a dashboard to show how certain policies affected or mitigated spread.  We simulated the population and disease spread using a network analysis in R.  Then we used bayesian selection to find important factors in the spread and create policies based on these factors.  Then we prototyped a website using SQL (to access the population and certain parameters), html, php, and javascript.  The website allowed the user to input certain features of the disease and certain policies to see how they would affect the spread.  Click Download to see the report.
